If you come to Marseille, and are interested in street art , painted walls, stencils and graffitis, you should visit Cours julien area. Walls are covered with paintings, graffitis, tags . Shop keepers are trying their best to have their front doors painted by local street art artists, but the walls are soon covered again with tags. Many people find this really dirty and bothering but some really like the mess and visitors take a lot of pictures. Here are a few I took. They will maybe disappear soon and be replaced by new ones.
